Having served in the ministry for over 30 years with her husband, and having been the assistant to 3 different pastors, Shirley is well-versed in church life and the joys and challenges it can bring.
She has effectively helped two churches increase the participation of their members, moving them out of the pew and into ministry, by using the DISC Model of Human Behavior and a Spiritual Gifts assessment to help them understand how they are “wired” and how they are gifted to serve.
Shirley is also a veteran Bible study teacher, small group facilitator and women’s ministry leader.
She is equipped to offer churches:
